TROCELLEN - FOAM IN FUNCTION
 Many years of experience and a broad know how combined with unconventional thinking and a young, dynamic team characterize the Trocellen Group. Despite being active in very heterogeneous industries, our solutions are all based on the same principles: light weight, environmental friendliness and great simplicity. Through our business unit organization, divided in Automotive, Insulation, Sport & Industry, Adhesive Tapes and Footwear we create synergies which provide us with the necessary knowledge and experience to develop innovative products and solutions.
Our eight plants located in Germany, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Russia and Malaysia are specialized on the production of polyolefin foams and together with our research and development centre FETI (Furukawa Electric Institute of Technology) in Budapest, as well as different partnerships with universities and designers we are always looking not only for improvements, but also for something new. This enables us to offer a broad knowledge and development possibilities for many different industries.

Besides being the specialists in producing Tatami mats for different martial arts we also offer a wide range of solutions for sport and leisure. Industry unites a wide variety of applications for different industries, which were -as always- developed with the main focus on light weight, environmental friendliness and great simplicity.
Trocellen Tatami Mats
Certified Tatami mats for Judo, Ju-Jitsu, Karate, Wrestling, Taekwondo and many other martial arts. The puzzle system allows the creation of uniform areas, no matter which size.
Our mats offer a very high shock absorption, ensuring at the same time the necessary stability of the fighting area. Additionally a constant flat and homogeneous surface, developed according to the highest requirements of professional sports offers the athletes the necessary support for safe trainings and competitions.

 To save energy and protect the natural resources is not a problem when using Trocellen foams. Our cross-linked PO foams are widely used in the construction sector as insulation material for air ducts, pipes of different types and many other applications. Available as pre-insulated pipes or conventional pipe sheathing, the application possibilities of Trocellen foams are almost unlimited, but follow always the same target: To keep it warm when it should be warm or to keep it cold when it should be cold, saving in this way energy and contributing to the proper use of the valuable natural resources.
