In the course of its more than fifty year old history, Stechert GmbH has developed from a supplier of components to a production enterprise, which did produce attractive ranges of chairs and tables since the mid-1970s. At the end of the 1990s, the production of sports seating according to FIFA guidelines was developed as a second part of the business. For this we did combine our experience and KnowHow for our clients.

Meanwhile we have developed a wide range of stadium seating and products for halls: from a simples seat shell and specialized stackable chairs up to very comfortable VIP seating. One family of products for a lot of projects.

Flexibility because of own R & D

Today we have R & D , construction, assembling and transport as specialized departments in our three factories with total more than 70.000 sqm. Our highly specialised machinery with eight bending machines, seven latest generation welding robots, two automatic saws, an automatic finishing machine, an automatic upholstering machine, two electrostatic powder-coating plants, and five highly modern laser cutting machines allow us to meet the requirements of our customers. Many of our outstanding products were developed together with our customers.


The benefits for our clients are obvious: we offer possibilities for customised solutions which meet with perfect order processing as well as perfect production and high quality. That makes our clients conscious with our product.

Our long experience is like a landmark for our experience with our clients. Our well skilled stuff with more than 170 people is working hard to fulfil the right of our clients to high quality, reliability and thus resulting planning dependability.
