Timing is of critical importance in any major event on-sale and we have proved ourselves more than capable in numerous projects of having all relevant systems in place, fully functioning and backed by in house and externally trained personnel to enable the smooth transition from initial marketing to the opening of sales.
Our precise project management methodology will differ from client to client but will always be initiated with a full needs assessment and consultancy period to define with the highest possible degree of accuracy the aspirations of the client and the realistically achievable goals for the project. Implementation will be managed throughout by a dedicated project team who will coordinate all development, test installations, load testing, disaster recovery plans through to training and the development of a mutually agreed acceptance phase leading to a final go-live date.
